    FREQUENTLY ASKED PRICING QUESTIONS

    What does "active client" mean?

    An active client is any client of your firm who uploaded — or had processed on their behalf — at least one document in the current month. Inactive clients are not billed.

    What happens if I exceed the client cap?

    You pay extra per active client above the cap (3.36 € / 2.64 € / 2 € depending on the plan). We notify you 30 days in advance and recommend upgrading if it becomes more cost-effective.

    What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?

    Monthly: pay each month, cancel anytime. Annual: pay one year upfront and save ~17% (the equivalent of 2 free months). Invoice issued at the start of the period, with VAT per local law.

    Can I switch plans anytime?

    Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for the current month. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle. No penalties.

    How many operators can I add? Any extra cost?

    Unlimited operators on all plans. You don't pay per internal user — only for active clients of your firm. Add your whole team at no extra cost.

    Is there a trial or pilot?

    Yes. We offer a 30-day pilot with up to 10 real clients, free and no card required. If it doesn't work, you pay nothing.

    What does onboarding include? Does it cost extra?

    Account setup, integration with your accounting software (SAGA/WinMentor/Pluriva/SAP), training for your team and the first 5 clients you connect. Included in all plans, no extra cost.

    Do prices include VAT?

    No. Listed prices exclude VAT. For RO-registered firms, 19% VAT applies. For intra-community firms with a valid VIES code, reverse charge applies.

    What happens to my data if I cancel?

    Your data stays exportable anytime in standard formats (CSV, XML, PDF). We keep it 90 days after cancellation for recovery, then delete it irreversibly.

    What optional add-ons exist on top of the plan price?

    Two modules are activated separately, only if you use them: (1) e-Invoice SPV sync — 5.00 € / company / month, dropping to 4 € at high volume, capped at 500.00 € / month (unlimited). (2) PSD2 bank reconciliation with 12 RO banks — 4.00 € / company · 3.00 € / sole trader, with 4 syncs/month included per client (regardless of bank account count). XML e-Invoice validation and SAGA/WinMentor/Pluriva/SAP export remain included in every plan.
